Mass Effect Two (and Three) PhysX download problem.

Hello!

I moved to a new home recently that has no internet, before I did I installed as many games as I could on my hard drive. Mass Effect two and Mass Effect Three were two of them. Unfortunately I forgot to 'test run' the two games and Just assumed they would work on my machine. They are not. Starting them up I get the message "Failed to Initialize the Physic system. Please ensure you have an updated version of PhysX System Software installed." Now, I do have access to internet to post this message, but I'm using a library machine a half hour walk from my house, I also have a couple flash drives.

You can see where this question is going then?

For Mass Effect two (and three but this is the wrong forum for that) what version of PhysX do I need installed, and once I have it on my flash drive where do I need to put it on my computer for it to work?

Best Regards

With a little luck you don't need to download a new PhysX software at all.

Go to your ">drive<:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Mass Effect 2\__Installer\physx\redist" folder and run the PhysX exe as Administrator > reboot > test.

If that works, go to ">drive<:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Mass Effect 3\__Installer\physx\redist" folder and do the same for ME3.
