Mass effect won't launch and no error message

So i recently downloaded mass effect and tried launching it but it wouldn't work. Usually after it says "syncing cloud data", the game would launch but for mass effect, it doesn't and it says "last played on august 26th" when the game didn't even launch. I went to look at how i could fix this problem and i did everything. Tried to run it on admin, tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it still wouldn't work. I seen people with similar problems and tried those solutions but it doesn't work for me. Someone help? Mass Effect 3 works perfectly fine
