Need help with Mass Effect 3 (2012) PC "Online Pass" multiplayer

Hello, 

I'm having an issue accessing the multiplayer mode in Mass Effect 3 (2012) on PC. Out of nowhere, the game is blocking me and requiring an "Online Pass."

I've already contacted EA support, but they weren't able to help. After researching the issue online, it seems like this is a known account entitlement bug where the platform fails to recognize legacy permissions. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
