@Cosigliori7 If you restart Origin as an administrator do you still see this issue? Do you have any problems with any online games?

If you tab out do you have any notifications about giving Origin or the game permissions.

I have the same problem and I restarted Origin as an administrator and nope ....

No previous problems with online games

Did you logon for the first time? If not, you don't need to be online to play ME2.

No... but do i need to be online to play with Zaeed and etc?

I mean... i logon correctly the first time but 2 days later, i got that message

No, the DLCs will work offline just fine.
