ME 2 DLC

As I have recently lost my ability to finish ME 1 so I have continued on to play ME2. I have purchased my 1200 points and downloaded Genesis from the Origin Store but I can't play the 15 minute video. The Cerberus pop up window is now open and it explains the content of Genesis but I'll be damned if I can figure out how to open it up. This is becoming a pattern with Origin. First trouble with Battlefield 3, then ME1, and now ME2. Very annoying at best. Can someone please explain?

You have to start a new game. The genesis comic starts after the prologue.
