ME 2 new playthrough Sniper Rifle ammo bug!! Help?

Played ME2 many times, lots of second-playthroughs.  No big problems before, except now. This time, my Mantis will not equip more than 9 rounds. As in, 9 shots. Total. Can't pick up any more, and Rel...

Cryo and Incendiary ammo powers not working, either. Going to try to start all over again. HOping it's just a random bug. Otherwise, going to be a bit upset.

Started new playthrough; cryo and incendiary ammo working this time; ammo rounds available for sniper rifle still buggy. Still 9 max capablility.   Any idea why this happens?
