ME 3 Legendary Mission Bug

When I am trying to complete some of the fetch quest missions (specifically Citadel: Chemical Treatments and Citadel: Reaper Code Fragments) Shepard just repeats the line he said when I found the requisite items and the quest isn’t cleared from my journal. I do still get the War Asset updates, xp, and credits for completing the missions. Should also note that turning in artifacts to people like the Obelisk of Karza is working just fine. I am on XBox One. Is there any known fix to this bug?

    I did restart it but didn’t specifically unplug it and plug it back in. Will attempt to do so.

    I unplugged and replugged my Xbox. I also decided to do another mission then return to the Citadel, once I did the problem was resolved. I believe the power cycling is what did it, so thank you very much for your reply @holger1405
