@technotimber This is kind of a long shot, but try driving the Mako and then running as far away from the door as the map will allow, saving and quitting, then coming back. That might force the game to reload the relevant data.
Thanks! I gave it a shot, but there doesn’t seem a place in that section that you can go to load something different. I went back through the tower again, too.
I just uninstalled the game altogether, gonna install it again and see if that does anything.

Heck, you aren't even at the cutscene that I thought you were stuck at, but instead can't exit to the next run to get to that scene.
Two questions, did you use a red or blue option to get past the Exo-geni idiot?? If yes, did you talk to the mother and daughter Dr team about what to do with the colonists??
I am wondering if using the option and NOT talking to them could be your issue.....
Edited to add....
Just noticed in the text on your first image...it says you may want to talk to Juliana Beynham......who are the mother daughter Dr team I am talking about.

Yes I talked to them both, turned in the data to the other guy and killed the main guy. I’ve tried talking to both mother and daughter again multiple times, but they just a few passing words. There’s no more dialogue. For some reason it just didn’t trigger the door.
I did read in the original that if you damage over time equipped on a weapon, which I did on all three characters, that was typically at fault for keeping the door locked.
ive got it reinstalled again and I’ll le you all know how it turns out.

Reinstalling didn’t help either. Not sure what else there is to do other than restart the game… Guess I’m off to ME 2.
