ME1: Crash during attempted land on Rayingri

Mass Effect always crashes when I attempt to land on Rayingri. Other than this I have had no issues, but it is preventing me from completing the Geth Outpost side-mission. Any ideas why?

Oh also I can't report my success to Fai Dan because he's dead.

Same here, I just made it here and it keeps crashing

If you are on a PC, try to repair the game.

(Origin > Game Library > right click MELE > Repair)
(Steam > Game Library > right click at MELE > Properties > Local Files > Verify integrity of game files.)

If you re on a console, try to power cycle.

What do you want to report to Fai Dan?
