I had the same problem yesterday, as there is currently no way do enable console in LE (as far as I'm aware), I bit the apple and loaded the last save (before lading on Ilos) and played the whole mission again. With skipping all dialogs it took me about an extra ~20min, but it is a bit stupid that it can even happen.
@z3r0t3n There is a console available and in absence of a save you can use FLY, Ghost or Teleport command if you are not too far from Mako.
