ME1 LE (Xbox): Liara's Overload ability missing

Hi, What the title says: first game in LE, playing on XSX. In the squad menu, I have Liara's Electronics skill upgraded to its maximum (screenshot here) - but even just the first point should grant ...

@felker_s Same happened to me on Liara & my adept Shepherd when I put points into all skills. Definitely would have skipped stasis if I had known. Now I lost a maxed out overload for stasis with 1 point in it
