ME1 only partially imports to my ME2 HELP

When I imported my full hard drive ME1 saves to ME2, only my character p[lot decisions, class, and background transferred over.

the bonus money, bonus materials, and DLC items did NOT transfer over.,

My morality portion bonuses did NOT transfer over.

Please help.
