ME2 - Tali Loyalty Mission not unlocking

Hey guys, need some help with what I believe is a glitch

I can't seem to unlock Tali's Loyalty mission in Mass Effect 2,

I recruited her as soon as I was able to, and have talked her afer almost every mission since. But no matter how many missions I do, she always says she's busy, nothing about the Quarian trial

Please help!
