ME2 Digital Deluxe crashes when I try to install.

I was helped last night. I couldn't play mass effect 2, or mass effect 2 digital deluxe unless I clicked the exe file. The tech told me to uninstall both games, then told me he put a link to download the digital deluxe and said it would fix it. Today, when I tried to install the digital deluxe it crashed origin. Three times. I haven't been able to install it at all. I've been through three other techs today without any success. I have windows XP.
