I play the PC version and I noticed this as well with the Garrus scene.  It was really odd to have his eyes open and him not moving, then have him gasp and have his face frozen still with his eyes open and him not moving XD

    @Aveliexa It's so odd that this was changed. I hope it's a bug.

    I also played a bit further into the game...the lighting issue is present in places like Purgatory as well. Basically any level with large overhead lights on a flat surface have this weird darkness filter that occupies the entire screen/edge of wherever the geometry is. I think it's an unintended side effect of the new shaders they're using.
