I have the very same issue, stuck in wall after suicide mission. Restarted game, re-loaded suicide mission, even re-loaded a save before that and I still end up in that dang wall. I had a couple things to complete after the final mission but now the game is broken for me, didn't have this issue with the original. Don't get me wrong, I love the LE, but with game breaking bugs like this, I wish we had access to say...the console commands. I can see implementing a no-achievements switch if it's used during a normal game, but for getting stuck like this to be able to just ghost out of the wall and turn it off would sure be appreciated.
Do you also have the N7 hoodie equipped as your casual outfit?
I know, it sounds stupid, but after working in IT for some time, I would not be surprised if that is the cause, lol.
I have never heard of this bug in ME2 OG, and this is the first time I hear about it in ME2 LE, and the outfit is the only LE-specific thing in OP's screenshot.
