ME2/3 Wont move character directly forward making it impossible to run

There's a bug in Mass Effect 2 and 3 where if you try and move directly forward it slows to a crawl. You can move any other direction fine but try straight forward and they pretty much stop. Which me...

in both ME2/3 I have been unable to move directly forward without a constant stutter or start/stop, restricting the character to a slow walk. Moving in any direction is fine, and this only happens when moving forward. It stops any sprinting as well. Has anyone else experienced this issue? It has honestly a bit game breaking for me.

        Did you tried to power cycle your PS4?
