ME2LE missing sound/dialogue bug

Somtimes the audio and dialogue just stops, a simple reload fixes this but happens a bit to often, on the normandy atleast.

I have a similar issue where voice lines will randomly cut out at the end, or will be extremely quiet. The extremely quiet voice lines only seem to happen in elevators.
