ME3 crashing after first dream sequence

As the title says, I just finished ME2 and am finally moving on to ME3 with some mods, (and all DLC FINALLY) looking up this error shows that ALOT and EGM (expanded galaxy mod) don't like the Captains cabin, and is causing a crash right after the first dream sequence, anyone got anything for this? I've looked at the crash logs and.. well I'm still friggin confused lol

The game can not find some textures that it needs to load.

This is most probably a mod error.

I would suggest to repair the Game. (That will purge all mods.) If the game runs you can reinstall the Mods.

Read the Mod install guide carefully, pay special attention to the installation order.
