    @termi02 

    The Audio driver could still be a problem, especially because a AppHang error could easily be driver related.

    • Please test with both audio devices disabled.

    If that don't works clean reinstall your GPU driver:

    • Follow this manual to the letter to cleanly uninstall all AMD components.
    • Install the graphics driver. > Go online.
    • Test.

    The fact that the game is on an external drive is also a possible error source.

I already tried starting a clean boot and it still didn't work.

Right now I'm reinstalling the game, I'll further update when it's done.

Alright so I did a complete reinstall of the game and it it worked fine at first. I reinstalled the major mods one by one and redid the save each time and I thought the problem was done.

After a couple hours however, the same issue happened again in similar circumstances: I got to a place with enemies, it lagged a lot, the music and dialog audio cut out and after a couple minutes crashed completely just like last time. I've included another Dxdiag.

    This crashes do not happen at the same area as last time?

    The DxDiag shows that the driver of the C-MEDIA USB Audio device is not digitally signed, do you use this device wile you play?

    Your Windows build is outdate, do you block Windows features updates on purpose?

    There are also several crashes of the "ME3TweaksModManager.exe", are you sure that all mods were installed correctly?

      The crashes don't happen in the same area but, but the circumstances are similar (combat area, lagging, then crash when try to progress).

      The audio device refers to either my headset or speakers. I've disconnected my headset and the speakers are what I use primarily. I also keep LE on an external drive, if that helps.

      I'm downloading the most recent feature update as I type this.

      The mod manager crashes were an unrelated issue, all the mods downloaded and installed properly.

        Update: I updated windows and disconnected the headsets. Problem still persists but it looks like MEtweaks crashed again even though it wasn't open?
