ME3 helmet is not off during conversation?

My Shepard currently is wearing Cerberus Nightmare Armor. I have set the helmet option to "Off in conversation" but it doesn't seem to work anymore? I mean, it used to but recently it suddenly just a...

I've had that as well with the Cerberus Nightmare Armor. I guess it's just a bug, because the other armors I'm wearing do not show a helmet during conversations when set to "Off in conversations".
