ME3 LE Liara Bug
]ME3 LE: After Unlocking the Intel Terminal, Liara has an interface but is unable to be talked to at all.

- @ninjarshal556 That might be just a side effect of using mods (like bottle-neck your CPU by overcharged graphics). I experienced something similar in the past while testing mods for classic ME trilogy.
There is an autosave when you enter Normandy, use that one on clear of mods game as see if it happens again.
