ME3 on PC asking to redeem an online pass after installing multiplayer DLC packs
Can anybody help me? My game's multiplayer was working fine until I decided to download the multiplayer packs Earth, Rebellion and Resurgence. Now all of the sudden it's asking me to redeem/purchase...
Just want to update on the problem I mentioned at the start of the thread. A few days after I first inquired here I got an email from somebody in Electronic Arts – World Wide Customer Experience. I have just finished following all of his instructions and am happy to report that so far the problem has been fixed. Even with the new DLCs in place I can still do multiplayer and single-player. Here's to hoping it will last. Will continue updating while I test-drive this new installation.
Nonethelss, cheers to the new answer HQ. I honestly thought the worst of it, being used to *really* horrible after-sales service in general. Glad to know at least they're making efforts to reach out to the players.
