ME3 (PC) - Problems connecting to Multiplayer / staying connected

i'm also from melbourne and experiencing xactly the same problem ... bioware pushing us out the door ??? other problems chars i've unlocked are now locked back to character and then dumped from game ... redeem online is also appearing .... started to happen 3/4 days befor exmas and havent been able to play a game for a week now
