ME3 will not run.

I can not get ME3 to run after downloading DLC's. I have tried re-installing game, no joy. Have tried the reload tag in Origin, no joy. I would really like to play the game with the new content I have paid for but cannot.

PLEASE HELP, SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!
