ME3LE PC - Misalligned Bloom and Pixelated particles

In short, I figured it out, if I may say so. The only way to remove these damn glowing particles is to add the DepthOFField parameter to the gamersetting.ini file and set it to False, the particles will disappear, but the image quality will become noticeably worse...
