ME3LE PC - Misalligned Bloom and Pixelated particles

This issue is seemingly exclusive to the PC version, and wasn't present in the original game and not present in console LE. ME1LE and ME2LE were fine. Screenshots showcasing the issue here and here ...

In short, I figured it out, if I may say so. The only way to remove these damn glowing particles is to add the DepthOFField parameter to the gamersetting.ini file and set it to False, the particles will disappear, but the image quality will become noticeably worse...
