ME3LE Priority Earth glitch

I am having a problem. I do a playthrough of Mass Effect 3 Legendary, and after I evac my companions, my character gets hit by Harbinger's beam while running to the beam. And it's after that when the game glitches and I can't do anything else. I managed to get a screenshot so you can see my problem. I try to restart the mission, reload, and nothing works. I can play the Original game all the way through, no problem. But I can't do a complete playthrough with Legendary Edition.

Nvidia GeForce GTX 960M

Windows 10 64-bit

  • I'm not really sure what the problem is from that screenshot. Could you be more specific about this glitch and how it's stopping your progress?

    @sheera1987 Hey, are you pressing any buttons when the glitch occurs? Perhaps if you can get a clip of it, the specifics of it may become more clear.

    However before that, if you haven't done so already it's worth running a repair on your local files.

    If you use Origin, you can right-click the game panel and choose the repair option. If you use Steam you can Verify Integrity

    I get a greyish brown screen. And when hit a button or moved a joystick I end up too far away or I appear under everything. and I can't do anything else. I end up dead, reloading and the same thing happens again, over ad over. I have done the game repair thingy, and the problem persists. I have reinstalled it, and didn't help. Could it be my settings or what can it be?

    @sheera1987

    Please preform a clean boot and test the Game in clean boot mode.

    Make sure your virus scanner and other security software and also Afterburner and similar software is disabled.

    Make also sure that your GPU & CPU are not overclocked.

    If that not works, create a DxDiag in text file format and post it with your next reply. You can do that  with the "Choose file" button at the bottom right corner of the reply window.
