Community Admin@sheera1987 Hey, are you pressing any buttons when the glitch occurs? Perhaps if you can get a clip of it, the specifics of it may become more clear.
However before that, if you haven't done so already it's worth running a repair on your local files.
If you use Origin, you can right-click the game panel and choose the repair option. If you use Steam you can Verify Integrity.
