Hey everyone!
So I am also having this issue. I play on PC and I have been unable to access online content for a while, however, I didn't really care. However, on my last playthrough, I wanted to complete most if not all of the side missions and tasks and I am unable to do the strike team missions/tasks without being online. I just spent over an hour in the chat with the most unhelpful person. They clearly didn't understand what I was asking. I even copied this forum link, and they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. I'll post the transcript below. They did not help, they seemed clueless on the issue. I am assuming since this forum is over 3 years old the previous solutions are obsolete. I tried to file a case another way, and unfortunately, it doesn't seem like I can. This is not listed in the options of known issues. I can't select an unknown issue or "other" option.
I don't know what to do.

Jessica (3/22/2025, 11:35:37 PM): To clarify, I have access to the game. It wont connect online when I boot it up so I can't get access to the apex mission and other in game content.
Jessica (3/22/2025, 11:36:47 PM): The forums said to reach out to chat to restore access / connect to the online stuff. Said it could be an issue if I previously subscribed to play and then the subscription lapsed

Jessica (3/22/2025, 11:47:32 PM): The problem I face is most likely a known issue in regards to wrong account settings after Origin Access expires. I just need the settings on your end corrected so that I can access the only features of my game. Many people have had this issue and said it was corrected after reaching out so I am confused.
