You can install MEHEM whenever you want, the important part is that you need to use a Save Game that was made before you entered the Cerberus HQ mission to avoid problems.
It doesn't matter if this save game was made before or after you installed the mode, only that it is made before the Cerberus HQ mission.

All of them, but the ALOT Textures will only affect MEMEM (MEMEM only changes very few Textures) if you installed MEHEM before you installed the ALOT mode.)
So I should install ALOT before MEHEM?
This is the best install order. MEHEM is of course a content mod.
from the link you showed me it looks like the order should be MEHEN, EGM, ThaneMOD, then the texture mods (which includes ALOT)....correct?
