MELE1&2 wont launch

What is the exact message your getting?

Also if you have not, can we give the following a try?

• Repair your game via the EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)
• Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery) 
• Connection and Advance Connection Guides 
• Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
• Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates

Basically when I launch the first two games, the launcher goes black and the splash screen pops up. I try waiting for awhile but nothing happens, so I try and open the window for the game itself and when i do it basically says that its not responding, and then i get the option to close or wait.

I cant find the repair option on my EA App

I tried clearing the cache and that didn't work either

Please create a DxDiag in text file format and post it with your next reply. You can do that with the "Choose file" button at the bottom right corner of the reply window.

Hey @KiraQueenBee 

To confirm you are running an AMD A6-9225 CPU and using Radeon R4 Graphics? 

If so, I believe you will run into issues running MELE, you can check out the minimum requirements to run it here. If you run anything under the minimum we cannot guarantee the game will run as intended.
