Missing audio in Mass Effect 3 DLC

All speech audio is missing, subtitles are normal. It's a distracting experience. Other audio seems to be playing normally, music and generic sound effects. Does anyone happen to know what causes th...

    Never mind, I reinstalled the whole thing. Sorted it. Took four hours, mind you. Sigh.

Dou you have a surround setup and are playing with stereo speakers now? ME3 uses the speaker setup you configure in Windows, so if you setup your sound system in Windows for surround sound and play with stereo equipment, the center channel, that has most of the dialogue does not play.

No. Only headphones. Speaker setup is all good in windows and in game. All the audio in the game works, except for this particular DLC and it's really distracting.
