missing "import me3 character" option

So from the Main Menu, when you select "New Game", you don't see the third option below?

That is strange!  Are your ME3 saves in a non-standard location?

that's right, there is no option for me 3 and the saves are under documents/bioware/mass effect 3/saves as they should be ^^

the odd thing is, i can import my me2 saves without any trouble

it seems, as the game won't recognise the finishing of the playthrough, but on origin i got the achievements for ending the game, so that doesn't make any sense

Have you tried "Resume" after you finished the game and making one more save after that?

(Only thing I can think of to try...)

after the credits, the extended pics and the old stargazer i'm on the normandy again right before going to the cerberus base. i already tried to save to a new savegame and i even flew to the citadel and saved there in a new slot, nothing worked.

found a solution involving a savegame editor, where i had to alter the endgamestate and it works, but the problem still exists and keeps bothering me ^^

next problem came up with the imported infiltrator being a soldier all of a sudden. seems like there are some serious issues with the game 🙂
