I just spoke to a reluctant advisor from EA support and I explained my issue, explained that I had uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times in the last 2hours, explained that I had read forums on how to resolve the issue and nothing worked, I also explained that others have had their issue resolved by having a member of staff add an extension to their account "Digital Deluxe Edition version" but he seemed to just ignore all these details and continued to tell me to watch the twitter page for updates on this bug ( I don't have twitter) he then abruptly closed the chat and now I'm still stuck with this issue. please can I have some assistance with someone who actually wants to help me please?
@EA_David I've noticed you've helped some people with the same issue, would you be so kind as to maybe try?
