Most "Emotional" Moment For You

Just curious about other's perspectives and feelings on this.  Would like to keep it related to "positive" emotions with a max of 2 scenes.  For me:

The Tempest's First Landing and First Tour

Some of you already know I come fairly fresh to ME:A.  I'm not ignorant of the basic canon for the ME trilogy and I have played ME 2 up to the point of boarding and going around the Normandy (but that's it).  I'm a long time Star Trek fan, especially with the reboots, and the Tempest is the first ship in a game that immediately made me feel like I was on a star ship - gave me goosebumps.  Being able to walk the entire ship without elevators, cutscenes, etc. is great.  First time I saw it land with the music was exciting (maybe I'm easily amused).  I actually just enjoy walking around the ship, talking or not talking with the crew, and just enjoying the ship itself.  Again, coming in with a fresh perspective, I really think they did the Tempest right.  Perfect?  No.  But this ship will be a long time memorable moment for me.

The Meridian Nomad & Complex Entry Scene

I saved everyone I could in my first play through and ended up with a ton of people joining in that sequence.  It was like a run on the Death Star.  So much going on you couldn't keep up, but all these different characters joining in the battle, quick kudos from them as they joined and how they wouldn't miss it, etc.  Fast paced, packed with action, and just...  really fun!

Anyway, those were my two most "emotional" memorable moments.
