Multiplayer-cannot unlock new character
I have 11 unlocked characters and I didn't not unlocked new characters in my last 12 premium spectre packs. I got trainings for my old characters but nothing new.
And second question. I have no character or weapon from retaliation DLC.
Is it a glitch or am I only unlucky.
In regards to the premium spectre packs not giving you new characters, that's just a matter of luck (or lack of)
Note that some characters are more likely to be unlocked from other packs as well
The weapons and characters from retaliation are also received through unlocking them with packs. Not automatically granted.
