I'll get a jump start on this, though replies from @holger1405 and/or @EA_Shepard should take precedence...
1) Often one question is: did you purchase from EA or from Steam?
2) On the Mass Effect 3 page in EA App, click the "manage" > "manage add-ons". Which, if any, DLC are listed?

And from yet another reply: after the temp delete:
Then in EA app > Click on the 3 lines in the top left corner > Help > App recovery > Clear cache > Restart the PC > Test.
4) My own suggestion: before you consider drastic steps, if you have access to another PC (laptop, family member's, heck a friends!), log into your EA account on that machine and see if it has the same issue.
Though I see this problem posted here often since EA switched from Origin to the EA App, I don't think there has been a rock solid solution. Or at least it is NOT posted in the stickies.
- It was purchased from EA code
- Tried clear cache, not works.
- Tried in another device, not works.
The game just shows me 1 add on "extended cut", but nothing else.
