I tried to reinstall without any luck. Also, when I'm ready to download, the game just shows me 1 add on (see attachment). I talked with some advisors on EA Help with no luck. I don't know what to do ☹️
Community ManagerHey, @ChibiOli So this is an EA app issue not a game issue. Happens with other games as well. Do you have the option to download the EA app to another PC and log in?
If you do not, can you uninstall the app, create a new Admin account on Windows and reinstall the EA app from the EA.com site?
Then log in and see if you can claim the DLC from the EA app.
