Multiple Issues still problematic after hotfix

This is becoming annoying at best.  The level of attention to detail on the part of the programmers is, honestly, horrible!  Every game has it's glitches but this is not improving, and to top it off, EA and Bioware do not seem interested in fixing them.  To name just a few annoying items:

1. After Alec Ryder gives his speech in the hanger bay, Hayes heads for shuttle 2 but ends up in shuttle 1

2. Ryder's first line after speaking to Clancy on EOS and after turning on the power is muted.

3. When entering Pathfinder Hall after talking to Addison and Assistant about the AVP (and spending the points), SAM says you have AVP outstanding

4. On EOS, talking to Hydaria about the Asari Ark: once the convo is complete she suddenly looks much different - outfit is darker, her skin is much darker, and her eyes appear red - she look quite menacing looming over you

5. Email bug still exists, i.e SAM says you have email when you don't

6. When confronting Nilken about your findings on the murder, Ryder's hand is poking through the glass wall.

7. Why in the heck are Kadara doors such a pain to open??????  If they are something I have to hack my way through, then why am I not confronted every time I enter the port?

8. The Secret Project on EOS - once you find the parts and go back to site two, Cora says to head to the Research station to finish it, but the quest is finished and there is nothing in Research to make regarding this item.

9. When entering site 2 on EOS with Cora - she mentions that body EVERY time, even if you have scanned it for Lexi

These are just a few, there are many more.  Generally I like the game, except I wish the Reyes Vidal romance went deeper.
