i sleep with peebee and Cora but thats probably because peebee is all no strings attache but what hapens if i persue all romace line at the same time

From the sounds of it you can romance 2 people at once... person A & Peebee.
It sounds like "from what people are saying" that the flags for Peebee is broken, so even if you're in a committed relationship with Cora for example, you'll be able to romance Peebee as well. However if you romance Peebee first you won't be able to romance others wanting a true relationship.
No, the romancing system in this game has just gotten nuanced enough that some characters are okay with it being a fling whereas others are all-or-nothing. Like the Asari reporter, Keri I think her name is? You can romance her and she's perfectly okay with it just being a fling.
