Multplayer - allowed altered singleplayer game content?

Greetings,

I am wondering if I would be putting my account in danger, should I fire up a multiplayer session after my game has been extensively modified for singleplayer purposes.

Using ME3Explorer I have barely left a texture untouched, my game installation folder is well over 30 Gigabytes, and a list of modifications is as follows:

Altered original .TFC files,

Custom created .TFC files,

Heavily modified majority of .PCC files

Accordingly modified TOCbin file,

Heavily modified Coalesced.ini file, changes in which include:

 - Adding a lot of casual wear for hub worlds,

 - Altering shops, weapons available and their prices

 - Altering available gear

 - Altering several weapon properties

 - Modifying the damage output and behaviour of several enemy types

I understand that modifying textures and meshes alone doesn't probably mean much for multiplayer, as I am the only one that sees the changes anyway so that should be all good.

I'm wondering though, does my local Coalesced file gets used in multiplayer, or is it overruled from server side?

If needed I will create a seperate game installation with unmodified content, but if everything here listed doesn't break any multiplayer rules, I'd rather play with this game installation.

Thanks in advance!

My understanding is that it is used if you host.  Probably doesn't matter if you don't, and there are likely things that if you modify (weapon damage) that can get you kicked from the servers
