my acaunt was disabloed

I can not connect with my acauntom through which I bought extensions for mass effect and I can not even connect to the EA server. Please at least explain to me why more than a month can not play what I paid for. If it would be up to the server in order to let me know via e-mail. Thank you in advance!

This is not some sort of unusual eMail gateway at all. We answer here within the forum, not via any eMails, sorry. We do not have access to member information from in here, whether as ordinary members or the Moderators. Only Game Advisers get to do that.
