My Mass Effect 3 Crashes at the Main Menu [Xbox 360]

I have been getting the black screen at the main menu can somebody tell whats wrong with the game now?

If it's a downloaded copy, try removing and redownloading in case the local files are corrupt.

If that's not the case, try clearing your system cache: http://support.xbox.com/en-IE/xbox-360/system/clear-system-cache

No its a disk copy and ive already done that. it did not change a thing
