Thx again. I've already tried that method with no results. I've never had a developer/publisher wipe my save data before. This is a first. I feel like they owe me something now.

Rare indeed.
Still puzzles me personally though, why people STILL do not make regular backups on PC. With Win10 all you'd need to is enable File History and you'd be set (user profile files are automatically included).
For console users this is a bigger issue if cloud saves go missing.
My saves are also gone. 90 h into the game and all vanished because of your amazing Cloud Saving system, EA!
How did I know I needed to backup my savegames folder if it was being "safely" saved in the Cloud??????
