My Spectre Mastery banner won't reset after completing it a second time.

I tried messaging bioware moderators Ernest Tse and Bryan Johnson about my problem but got no response. Is there a way to fix this? Who should I contact about it?

Do Bioware moderators even look at the posts in Answer HQ?
