Well N7 is an alliance programme, so technically unless there is an endorsement from alliance leadership, I dont see the legitimacy of the programme if someone like Tann says go for this programme, and you will be N7, it just cheapens the N7 legacy. As for a normal training exercise, they did that with the angarian warrior that's hanging around the cultural centre, quest was bugged though. I couldnt complete it.

Yeah that quests bugged - both PC and xbox one. Hubs plays on PC and he can't turn it in. I play on xbox one and can't turn it in either.- 9 years ago

I got it to work on playthrough 3 (didn't even see it on my original game). He basically offers you a place as a Heskarel (SP?) if you decide to quit being a pathfinder.- Anonymous9 years ago

The npc wasn’t there before the patch, assuming him misssing originally was a bug 😂😂P.S. I can turn it in per-say but the quest remains in the quest log as incomplete.
