N7 Challenge Points Glitch?

I play Mass Effect 3 for PlayStation 3 (in case this is exclusive to Ps3 players only)

I've seen this occur to two of my friends whom I play Mass Effect 3 Multiplayer  frequently and just recently it happened to me.

As far as I know, it hasn't been fixed or solved yet.

I have checked and seen that it occurs both in game and on the Mass Effect 3 N7 HQ website. What happens is that a challenge is completed within a match, such as Geth Mastery, it tells you Geth Mastery is completed, THEN it shows that you've completed a certain enemy... but then it pops up that only 17/18 is completed. When checked both in game or on the website, it shows that only 17/18 is completed, but everything is at 100%. Thus is doesn't reset nor give you the points that you've worked to obtain. It is stuck there, and you can't complete it again. It made us feel cheated out of our points and since it isn't just me (and also shows on both the N7 HQ and in-game), I believe it has something to do with the servers or the game in general?

I have waited a week to see if anything has changed and it's still the same.

My two friends I've mentioned earlier have this problem with their Combat Mastery and Reaper Mastery. I have it stuck on Geth Mastery myself.

I've only gotten one solution earlier and that was to clear my own data cache, but that didn't work considering it's not just me having this problem. Is there any way to get this checked out or fixed from the server side of the game, or anyone else I could contact about this issue?
