9 years agoN7 HQ server unavailable
Every time I try to deploy my fleet it just tells me that the server is unavailable try again later. It's been doing this for several weeks now.
This error will occur if you change the password of your EA Account. The solution is to re-sync your account and then re-enter your password on the Galaxy at War page. If the problem continues contact EA Customer Support.
I'm having exactly the same issue. I've re-synced my account and still nothing. I would like to remove the PS3 profile from my Origin account and re-connect it, but I can't do that unfortunately.

The issue is that whenever I try to do anything the server is unavailable and has been unavailable for several wels.
Or in other words, the side won't update.
Did you tried to re-sync your account?
Go to the N7HQ side and click Support. On the support page re-sync your account. > logout and in again. > test.
That sounds like a connection issue.
Restart your router.
If that not helps, shut down your Windows firewall and disable the real-time scanner of your antivirus software. (just for testing purpose, don't forget to activate the firewall and the antivirus software later on.)
If that not helps here is a EA connection troubleshooting guide.
Do you or someone in your household have a smartphone or a tablet, so that you can try to connect on a different device?
I got the game a few days ago and it said EA servers are currently down but when I go into another game of mine it works and I want to know why it wont work?
Hello @Catassassin9
Have you tried to restart your router, as @Holger1405 suggested? You might need to give it 3-5 min to reset after you unplug it from power source. Then turn it on again, and try to run the game. We also have an article here on some advanced PC connectivity troubleshooting https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/pc/connection-troubleshooting-advanced-pc/. Use this article and Flush your DNS. Your system keeps a record of IP addresses and domain names for the servers you access, like a telephone directory. It can sometimes help to clear old data from this cache and start over.
I have the same problem!
I login into n7 hq without problem, but when i go to galaxy at war map it shows 0% readiness (which is impossible, it should be at least 50%), and if I try to choose a mission it goes server unavailable.
I have tried resetting router and flushing DNS, Origin and ME3 work without a problem, can connect with multiplayer.
I'd like to get my readiness more than 50% without playing mp so please help!
Thanks
