Since you can't login it treats you as someone who should not be able to see you N7HQ profile. Once you've successfully logged in you should be able to see it. Have you by any chance changed your password in Origin?
are you sure you're logged in and haven't set it to "private"?
When I try to login, I get the error message...even if I set the profile to "private" I should still be able to see my own information upon login, but I don't see anything. It makes no sense for a privacy setting to keep out the person who owns the account.
Funny thing...I logged in this morning and on the second try finally connected. Logged out, tried to log back in again, and got the same error message.
