N7HQ not linking to my profile

I changed my Origin ID a while back, and now when I try to veiw my N7HQ it still tries to link to my old profile name, rather then my new one (which means it finds no results).  Each time I use it, I have to search for my own name.  Is there anything that can be done about this?

    In that case, please get in contact with an EA Game Advisor. You need to log in with your Origin account and then choose "Product", "Category", and "Platform" to see the contact options.

    Please tell the Game Advisor what you already tried otherwise he might want to through these steps with you again. 😕mileywink:

    Hi silvershroud,

    Have you tried clicking "activate online accounts inside my games" and change your Origin ID there?

    I did, and that changed the link on my games page to the right one, but clicking on the big icon on any BSN page still sends me to the wrong account.
